According to Realtor.com, Nashville ranks ninth among the top 10 real estate markets for home buyers in the US. If you couldn’t find the right home this summer, don’t despair. The best time to buy may just be the fall because many would-be buyers have left the market and owners whose houses haven’t yet sold, could be more motivated.

Good News for First Time Buyers

If you’re a first time homebuyer, there’s never been a better time to buy. The soaring increase in home prices have started to slow and interest rates are at an all-time low. Millennials are driving the market. More than half of all Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgages were first-time homebuyers in the first half of 2019.
