HERE’S MY STORY:

Two years ago I moved to Nashville from Chicago where I had worked as TV producer for Oprah for nearly 20 years on The Oprah Winfrey Show and productions for the OWN network. My career with Oprah allowed me extraordinary experiences including producing many of the show’s biggest and most memorable home makeovers. There’s nothing I loved more than transforming a space and revealing it to its surprised and wildly grateful owners.

After Oprah, a dear friend and former boss began launching a new daytime show in Nashville and invited me to come aboard. We created a sweet show called Pickler & Ben where I had the joy of producing even more home makeovers. I also did a small makeover of my own on a 90-year-old house in East Nashville that I instantly fell in love with and purchased.

That house changed everything. It was the catalyst for where I am today. When P&B ended, I knew I couldn’t part with my home or leave Nashville. It had become home. I had 5 trees, a flower garden, a big lawn for a big dog, and a wood-burning fireplace. Sitting on my porch in the evening listening to the distant train and Mother Nature’s nighttime chorus of sound is as peaceful as it gets.

For years I dreamt of starting my own business in real estate, and with my passion for home makeovers, I knew Nashville was where it was all meant to be. So, I started a new chapter and am now a Realtor.
